Agape Care offers a wide range of services, from medical to non-medical assistance, as well as both long-term and short-term care, tailored to the individual’s needs. We work with people of all ages and backgrounds 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
Our goal is to be the leading provider in Ohio by offering a lifelong array of supportive programs and services for individuals with health-related and/or physical disabilities, and their families, resulting in an improved quality of life. Services will be provided in an efficient and effective way involving empowered individuals and qualified Agape Care staff.
Choice – Individuals and their families need a range of viable options and opportunities for service. Individuals should be active in the decision-making teams. There are a variety of factors that may influence available choices.
Empowerment – Through empowerment, individuals have control over their own lives. Greater independence is achieved when people become informed about their options and gain experience.
Family Involvement – Agape Care respects the involvement of family members and natural support advocates in the lives of individuals we serve. Services will be provided in a culturally and emotionally sensitive manner that reflects the wishes of the individuals at all times.
